ZipCode Database Lookup functions

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• GetDistance
  Returns the decimal distance between two zip codes
• GetLocation
  Returns a DataSet with all locations that have a given zip code
• GetNearbyLocations
  Returns a DataSet containing all locations within a given radius of a zip code
• GetNearbyZipCodes
  Returns a DataSet containing zip codes and radius milage within a given radius of a zip code
• GetNearbyZipCodesWhereClause
  Returns a string Where clause containing zip codes within a given radius of a zip code
